Mason City High

There are so many things wrong with this school that it's hard to keep track. First of all, who is going to want to eat in an overcrowded, lousy, and bland cafeteria? The situation in the new cafeteria is ridiculous and I hope they find room for improvement soon. Thank God I'm a junior and can leave for lunch, because if I had to eat in the lunch room I would never go to school again. It disgusts me.

Another major problem in our high school is the discipline. Since when do high school students deserve detentions for their actions? Why is it that our administration feels the need to hand out ISS for missing a couple days of class??? The change in rules in this school is ridiculous. When I was a freshman all the teachers and adults were carefree and nice. Now all of them walk around like something is up their butts, why so serious? Everything should go back to how it used to be.

The kids need to straighten up as well, there are so many underclassman that have no idea how to handle themselves respectfully. I always see kids being completely disrespectful to all the teachers for no reason at all. They need to learn how to straighten up. The staff should lay down the law and teach our kids how to act. I believe that a seperate school until they reach at least 15, so maturity can be developed. Growing up is something that these kids know not how to do. If somebody would just walk around and tell these kids what there doing wrong and talked some sense into them we'd be just fine.

My Philosophy

Life is a very fragile and elongated journey, and I believe every moment should be cherished. I also have strong beliefs in karma, even though it may not be what all Christians believe in. The reason I so strongly believe in karma is because every choice in life I make, it seems to come back to me whether it be in a good or bad way. For example, when I was younger I would steal lunch from my friends, and every single day I did that it seemed like very unfortunate things would happen to me throughout the day.

“Bonjour” the fine dressed butler softly whispered as I entered the Cafe’ Cafeteria at RMS.  He was dressed in the finest suite I had ever seen.  His tie, shoes, and white gloves looked as expensive as my house.  He called some word in French and four oddly dressed yet muscular men ran over.  They were all wearing striped shirts and had hats that strapped on there chins they reminded me of those monkeys that walk around streets and begged for money.  They were carrying a wooden board with four handles on it and they gently sat it down and insisted that I sit, so in all my good mannerly like ways I did as I was asked.  They gently raised me up and swiftly carried me to their finest table.  As I was carried by I noticed that the walls were covered in the finest, original, famous paintings I had ever seen, like the Mona Lisa for example.

Anger

People get mad about a lot of things all the time. There are a ton of people that I could name that have anger issues. The biggest thing about anger is to learn to control it. It may be hard but you can find alternative things to do other than flip out. I myself punch a lot of things and anything I can find when I become enraged. I always tend to say very harsh things when I am mad and regret it later on.
I've watched television shows that show anger management at its worst. There are also a lot of people with a lot of different lengths of fuses. Some people go off at anything and others can take a lot but blow up like a atomic bomb when they're set off. There are certain buttons that you just don't press on certain people.
Steroids are also a HUGE part of anger. People on steroids are like a walking time bomb, anything can set them off and it wont be pretty. Plus who wants to get the poop beat out of them by somebody with guns for arms and tree trunks for legs. The point of this blog is to stay away from people on steroids!! They are scary and will probably always be mad at something. This rage is known as roid rage, or psycho juice.
I sometimes find myself getting really pissed off at the littlest of things. I always freak out when I'm losing at a video game or when someone disrespects me. I always want to punch stuff or be very destructive. There are plenty of patched up holes in my walls from bursts of anger.
Blowing up like this toward people you love can be very harmful to your relationships, it can ruin them as well. ONE LOVE

Parents

I believe that if parents werent so annoying and in our business, then we wouldnt be more willing to do bad things. If they wouldnt acuse us and constantly be suspicious of our doings, we wouldnt have to worry about it as much.

Parents can  be very annoying at times and want to ground you for no reason. I believe that the right way to raise a kid is to let them do there own thing, but forbid them to do bad stuff. Drinking and partying should be experienced as an adult when you are of the legal age. Parents need to be aware of who their child hangs out with and what they are doing.

On the contrary they shouldnt always be in their kids business, it is the most annoying thing that can happen to a kid. If your parents are constantly worrying about you than you are not goin to want to be around them. This would cause you to lose the relationship you have with them and forever lose your love. Kids.. make sure your parents arent obsessive creeps about you constantly doing bad things.

There is literally no other way to put it, but avoid fights and arguments with your parents. If you ever find yourself in an argument with your mother, make sure to not say mean things that you might regret in the future. Also, moms take everything personal so just dont say anything mean at all. Base your vocabulary on nice words and avoid contraversy with others. Parents hate being disrespected a lot, so dont do that. As long as you are respectful but reasonable with your rents, you should be in the clear. Oh yeah and make sure you dont ever curse in front of them; that is the worst sin of them all. Do not say bad words toward your parents.
